US bankruptcy judge denies Innkeepers’ sale plan

NEW YORK, Sept 2 – Innkeepers USA Trust’s bankruptcy plan agreement with a Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc unit has been shot down by a judge after some creditors said it was unfair, according to a lawyer involved in the case.
